To help every guest enjoy a relaxing, safe, and high-quality experience, please take a moment to review our salon policies before your visit.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If your nails get scratched or misshapen, we will fix them for you. To receive this service, please inform the salon where you received the service within 24 hours of your initial visit.
You must schedule an appointment to have your nails fixed within one week of your first service. We do not offer refunds or credit notes if you simply change your mind.
If you are unhappy with the quality of our work, we will redo the service at no extra cost, but you must inform us right away after the service.
Once you leave the salon, it is assumed that you are satisfied with the service. If your nails are damaged due to negligence, repairs or replacements may be charged.
Punctuality
If you think you are going to be late for your appointment, please let a salon coordinator know.
If your delay is more than 10 minutes, we cannot promise that we will be able to complete all the services you booked, but we will certainly try our best.
Personal Belongings
Unity Beauty Spa cannot be held accountable for personal belongings that are damaged during our services.
We kindly ask you to handle nail polishes with care and ensure that you have not left any possessions behind.
Payment Methods
You can pay for all services and products using cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Unity Beauty Spa Gift Certificates.
We do not accept any other forms of payment, including checks.
Gift Card / Voucher Terms of Use
- No cash advances: your Gift Card cannot be used to get a cash advance or be exchanged for cash.
- Validity and expiry of Gift Cards: we hold no responsibility for redeeming any Gift Card beyond its expiry date.
- Lost or stolen Gift Cards: please handle your gift card as you would handle cash. If it gets lost or stolen, it will not be replaced or refunded.
- Gift Cards cannot be cancelled.
- It is your responsibility to use and keep your Gift Card safe.

We value your feedback. If you have comments, concerns, or suggestions, please let our staff know so we can respond as soon as possible.

- If you have any allergies to chemicals or substances, please inform our staff before any service begins.
- While receiving any service, feel free to share your comments or suggestions with our staff so we can immediately meet your needs.
- If you have concerns about the salon, our staff, or any of our services, please let the salon manager know right away.
- If you suspect you have an infection or unusual reaction related to your nails, please notify the salon manager immediately.
